Please join us in Mountain View, CA for this inspiring evening,  Lama Palden Drolma will discuss her new book Love on Every Breath, which explores a variation of an ancient Tibetan Buddhist meditation called Tonglen.  

She will discuss the eight steps of a full Tonglen practice, as well as the “On-the-Spot” strategies for each step of the meditation that Lama Drolma offers throughout the book, which can be practiced in the moment anywhere and anytime.  

Lama Palden will also explore the meditation’s numerous benefits, like shifting away from ego contraction, opening more deeply to love and compassion, letting go of clinging to our negativity and fear, and connecting with our innate Buddha nature.
